This is an intersting video. It talks about going from a ‘product centric’ to a ‘customer centric’ focus – and the need to develop ‘long term relationships’.

Here’s a question… rather than just having one ‘Chief Customer Officer’, why not make ALL your employees ‘Chief Customer Officers’?
