Front Line Manager and Key Employee Coaching
Our personal coaching programme is designed to provide regular contact with your front-line managers and key-employees. Over the course of 20+ sessions (usually weekly and on the telephone), your staff will be coached in the principles of business-owner-thinking and Enterprise Leadership.
The coaching programme is underpinned by the iPod or MP3 based Enterprise Leader Development Programme and follows the 20 module structure of this course.
Once a week your staff will study the short session, and complete the exercises in the associated workbook. They will then have a private telephone coaching session with one of our experienced business coaches who will bring the learning session alive and unlock additional levels of comprehension from the Enterprise Leader Development Programme.
Having an experienced professional to speak to each week on the phone provides your key staff with accountability and a sounding board for new ideas and challenges.
Each week, the coach will set a new task to stretch your staff in their development as Enterprise Leaders, making them people you can depend on to drive the growth of your company forward.
