It’s likely you will already have relationships with existing clients or will be in a position to host workshops and attract  along senior decision makers who are either CEOs, VPs, directors or senior decision making executives in sales and marketing, customers service, HR or operations. Through the workshops you’ll educate these decision makers on the higher levels of employee engagement, innovation and business performance they can achieve when they introduce Enterprise Mentoring into their organisation.
After testing various marketing models, we’ve found that workshops are the most successful and cost effective way to build meaningful relationships with decision makers as it allows them to understand exactly how Enterprise Mentoring can help create higher levels of employee engagement and profit growth in their own company. Workshops also give you as the facilitator time to understand the business challenges of the attendees and start to marry together their challenges with the results which they can achieve through enterprise mentoring.
