Enterprise MENTOR brings the thinking, wisdom and commercial acumen of over 50 entrepreneurs and business leaders directly to your smartphone.

The programme focuses on three core areas of customers, teams and personal leadership, and has been designed to give you the tools to develop as a leader, fast-track your career, and ultimately make the company you work for more profitable.

How to Study Enterprise MENTOR

Enterprise MENTOR is broken down into 20 sessions and is designed to be 'listened to' one session per day, one per week or at an interval which suits you.

In this full version of the programme, you also have access to 15 hours of extra mentoring materials, where you can hear first hand from the entrepreneurs and business leaders who contributed to the course.

Managers as Mentors

Enterprise MENTOR delivers the greatest results when managers and employees study the programme together and meet frequently in small mentor groups.

As a manager you may want to lead your own team through the programme and create a mentor group. Your mentor group should meet at least once a week to explore all that you have learnt and apply the ideas from the programme back into your workplace.
