What Is Enterprise LEADER?
Enterprise LEADER provides the tools and roadmap for your employees, managers, executives to create a culture of high performance.
Manager as Mentors
In the program your managers and executives (called mentors) guide your employees (called mentees) through the structured mentoring program, taking them on a journey of personal, professional and business development.
Create a Culture of High Performance
Along the way, your employees learn the fundamentals of business, understand the vision, values, purpose and goals of your business, and you start to develop a culture of high performance.
For All Employees
Enterprise LEADER is designed for all employees at all levels. Company culture embodies every employee in your company, therefore it is important that any culture change/mentoring program embraces every employee.
Drive Change From Within
Enterprise LEADER recognises that change happens from within, not from outside, and it does not happen overnight. Therefore rather than being crammed into a two-day workshop, Enterprise LEADER is designed to be 'experienced at work' over a longer timeframe -- usually taking 1-2 hours a week over several months. Lasting change happens by taking a little and often approach and forming new habits.
By using Enterprise LEADER and your own managers and executives acting as mentors, you can quickly, easily and inexpensively reach everybody in your company, without the need to pay for expensive outside consultants.
Turnkey Simple
Enterprise LEADER is turnkey simple. The program uses two main types of mentoring techniques. These can loosely be broken down into:
-
Mentoring Tools: MP3 Mentoring Materials, MP3 Summary Sessions, workbook
-
Mentoring Roadmap: Group Face-to-face Mentor Sessions, Final Presentions, CEO For a Day Ideas.
Each element of Enterprise LEADER has a different -- but essential -- purpose.
The mentoring materials are designed to get everybody on the same page and instill in your employees the timeless fundamentals of business.
The face-to-face mentoring sessions (groups of 5 to 10 employees led by a manager or executive) are designed to get everybody talking, discussing thoughts and ideas from the mentoring materials, and exploring new ways to improve your business.
In terms of the experience your employees recieve, and the change that happens in your company, around 20% of the results will come from the mentoring materials, and 80% will come from the face-to-face group mentoring sessions.
Mentoring Tools
20 MP3 Mentoring Sessions
At the heart of the program are 20 mentoring sessions covering three core themes of customers, teams and personal leadership.
These mentoring sessions are delivered on 20 MP3 audio files (each around 15 minutes long). The MP3 mentoring sessions are designed to be listened to by your employees at a time and place which suits them (usually over a 2-3 month period).
Case-Study Approach
The backdrop for the 20 MP3 mentoring sessions is a company called Amroze Technology and the executives who work in it.
The business lessons your mentees learn will first be played out during the MP3 mentoring sessions in Amroze Technology.
In MBA courses, it is very typical to use case-studies to frame learning. Amroze Technology is essentially the underlying case-study in Enterprise LEADER. In Amroze, your mentees will see a company which is struggling and under-performing, and they will see the tools their executives use to turn the company around.

- A 218 page workbook: this workbook is crucial for mentees to gain the most from the program. Each mentoring session is summarised and provides a series of practical exercises which allow employees and managers to personalize the course back to their business.
- 20 Summary audio sessions: these sessions capture the core messages, essence, information, learning and teaching in 20 separate tracks and allow mentees to re-listen to the main points from the course in about 1 hour.
- A spoken word copy of Business Upgrade: This book introduces mentees to the principles outlined in Enterprise LEADER and is the first step on the journey.
- Foundation Series Plus+: Mentees will receive FIVE hours of additional mentoring sessions taught by real-life entrepreneurs and business leaders.
- Entrepreneur Interviews: Mentees will also receive TEN hours of extra bonus mentoring sessions. Here mentees will hear many of the original interviews from which Enterprise LEADER was built.
Mentoring Roadmap
Group Face-to-Face Mentoring Sessions
The key to the success of Enterprise LEADER is the group face-to-face mentoring sessions.
Once a week, your managers and executives will bring their teams of mentees together for a 1 to 2 hour mentoring session.
Typically there will be around 5 to 10 employees in each mentor group. Each mentee will have listened to one or two MP3 mentoring sessions prior to the group get-together.
Your managers and executives will facilitate and lead the face-to-face sessions and explore what the mentees have learnt from the MP3 mentoring sessions.
Generates Business Growth Ideas
Mentees are asked to suggest 'business growth ideas' based on their learning from the mentoring program.
One specific action from each MP3 mentoring session (and the underlying workbook) is for mentees to suggest what changes they would make if they were CEO for a day. This action alone generates hundreds of business growth ideas for your company.
Final Presentations
In the final wrap up of the program, mentees are encouraged to make a 10-minute presentation back to your senior management team to share their best business growth ideas.
This final presentation focuses the mind of your mentees as well as giving them the opportunity to present their best marketing and business development ideas to your company's decision-makers.
Mentees Become Mentors
During the mentor sessions, it is not unusual for mentees to step-up and lead a session themselves. This 'role reversal' pushes mentees outside their comfort zone and futher instills in them the principles taught in Enterprise LEADER along with deeper embedding the values, vision, purpose and goals of your company.
Once mentees have completed the program, many will go on to become mentors to a new group. This 'mentee become mentor' approach allows you to quickly role-out Enterprise LEADER to your wider workforce.
